Rachel’s journey with yoga began in the 6th grade, back in her NYC public school days. It was her sanctuary from traditional gym classes, offering a sense of well-being that stayed with her. Later, during her college years, after a decade of competitive ice hockey, she returned to yoga, seeking a new connection with her body and mind. This return marked a pivotal moment for her, providing the connection she craved.

Now, as an Owasso, OK-based yoga instructor, Rachel is passionate about sharing this sense of connectedness with others. Having completed her 200-hr. Yoga Teacher Training at YogaWorks in 2017 and her 300-hr. Advanced Teacher Training at Chakra Power Yoga in 2021, she’s well-equipped to guide her students on their yoga journey.
